Legacy 4x4 or 4x8 MTC Dust Boot

The Dust Boot  for the Legacy 4x4 or 4x8 MTC is a superior dust boot that is engineered to simply perform better.  It allows for an adjustable height travel range of 2 inches in addition to being able to position the mounting bracket anywhere along the bottom portion of the spindle.  *This model only fits the 6HP MTC spindle.  The default color is Red.  Please contact me for additional options.
 
The boot is sized for a standard 4” vacuum hose.  The dust collection has been significantly improved by focusing the intake around the cutting bit.  The surface area of the intake has been designed to maximize the amount of flow.  A computerized flow analysis study was used to design the most optimized shape for the intake to outtake transition to eliminate any restrictions in airflow.
 
The 10 point magnetic bristle frame attaches securely with an added groove and channel to help eliminate accidental detachment. The bristle ring has been designed to allow for easy  replacement if they get worn or damaged by the work piece.  All components 3D printed.
